All Purchases should be made payable to Passion Pour la Femme in Pounds Sterling. We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Switch/ Maestro & Delta (not American Express), Cheques & Postal Orders. Cheques will be cleared before dispatching your purchase.
All orders are subject to Acceptance & Availability and we reserve the right to decline any order.
All stock offered for sale is Guaranteed Authentic & Genuine & Brand New Unworn, all prices are in Pounds Sterling.
Once you have purchased an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details and a further email will be sent with dispatch confirmation and Tracking number. We reserve the right not to accept an order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or an uncleared cheque.
Passion Pour la Femme can not be held responsible for any taxes or custom charges incurred on any shipment outside of the EU
All Credit / Debit Card Transactions are processed with secure online payment provider and SSL Certification.
We will ship to a different address if we are happy the card holder has authorised this but we reserve the right to decline any orders we feel are not secure.
We can take telephone orders but we will only ship to the cardholders name & address unless you have a valid reason for alternative address shipping.

International Orders will only be sent to the Cardholders Billing Address.
Deliveries will be despatched within 24 hours of cleared payment be sent via Business Post Courier or Royal Mail for next day delivery. Northern Ireland may take 2-3 days.
Although we offer a next day delivery service to most areas of the UK mainland some remote areas may take 48hrs and we can not completely GUARANTEE next day delivery as occasionally there may be unforseen problems which may be out of our control.
Passion Pour la Femme is responsible for Insuring your purchase until it is signed for by you at which point it becomes your responsibility.
Returns & Refunds are accepted and returns must be within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Please contact us at enquiries@passionboutiquehull.co.uk or call 01482 376942 to confirm a return and receive a returns number, this number is to be put on the returns form which is to accompany the goods back to ourselves.
Refunds are credited less the P&P charge. Jewellery is not returnable.
Refunds are issued as long as the item is Unworn, Brand New With Tags and Returned with original packaging & labels in the condition you received it and within 7 days from receipt. If anything is wrong with your purchase you must inform us immediately upon receipt, either by email or by telephone.
Any refund outside this timescale will be offered a credit note unless there are exceptional circumstances agreed by Passion Pour la Femme. If posting back it is your responsibility to ensure the package comes back to us within the designated timescale of 7 days for UK (14 days for international buyers) from receipt.
Refunds will be made within 2 working days of the receiving the item back excluding the post & packing charge and we will email you to let you know your refund has been processed. After you have received your email please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you are with and we have no control over it. Unfortunately because of the time involved we are unable to inform you your package has been returned to us but you will get email confirmation of refund within 2 working days.
Please be very careful when trying on garments as jewellery & perfume can damage a garment. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back.
